StreamRollers, Inc. (“StreamRollers,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to promoting responsible engagement with sports wagering-related content across our websites, mobile sites, applications, streaming services, interactive features, content, subscriptions, purchases, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
This Responsible Gaming Policy (“Policy”) explains the standards and principles that apply to wagering-related content, Sports Picks, Creators, sportsbook advertising and affiliate relationships, and responsible use of the Platform.
This Policy should be read together with our Website and Platform Terms of Use and Privacy Notice. Creators may also be subject to separate Creator agreements, content standards, advertising requirements, and compliance policies.
1. StreamRollers Is Not a Casino or Sportsbook
StreamRollers is an online streaming, entertainment, information, and content platform. StreamRollers is not a sportsbook, bookmaker, casino, gambling operator, or wagering intermediary. StreamRollers does not accept, book, transmit, settle, or pay wagers, and users cannot place a wager with StreamRollers.
The Platform may contain sports wagering-related commentary, analysis, Sports Picks, sportsbook advertising, promotions, sponsored content, or links to third-party regulated operators. If you choose to visit or use a third-party sportsbook, your relationship with that operator is separate from your relationship with StreamRollers and is governed by the operator's terms and applicable law.
2. Age Requirement
The Platform is intended only for persons who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. You must be at least 21years old to create an account, purchase Sports Picks or other paid content, or access sportsbook or sports wagering-related content made available through the Platform.
Certain content, products, promotions, advertisemens, links, or Platform features may be subject to additional age, eligibility, or geographic restrictions based on applicable law, regulatory requiremeents, third-party requirements, responsible-gaming considerations, payment-processing requirements, or StreamRollers’ compliance policies. StreamRollers may use reasonable measures to determine or verify age, identity, eligibility, and location and may restrict or deny access where appropriate for legal, regulatory, compliance, responsible-gaming, or brand-safety reasons.
3. Sports Picks Are Informational Content, Not Wagers
StreamRollers may make available sports analysis, opinions, predictions, selections, recommended plays, handicapping information, or similar content (collectively, “Sports Picks”). Sports Picks are created by independent Creators.
A purchase of Sports Picks is a purchase of informational or entertainment content only. The purchase price is not a wager, stake, bet, gambling deposit, or amount risked on the outcome of a sporting event. StreamRollers does not place wagers for users or take custody of wagering funds.
Purchasing Sports Picks does not make sports wagering safe, certain, or profitable. If you independently choose to wager with a third-party operator, you remain responsible for that decision and for complying with applicable law.
Sports Picks and related Creator performance information are also subject to StreamRollers’ Sports Picks integrity, performance-claim, recordkeeping, correction, and content standards. Creators may not alter, backdate, fabricate, conceal, or otherwise manipulate Sports Picks or performance information in a manner prohibit by the Terms of Use or applicable StreamRollers policies.
4. No Guarantee of Winning or Profit
Sports wagering involves uncertainty and the risk of financial loss. No Sports Pick, prediction, betting analysis, historical performance record, statistic, Creator statement, or other Platform content can guarantee the outcome of a sporting event or wager.
Past performance does not guarantee future results. Odds, lines, injuries, rosters, weather, scheduling, officiating, and other circumstances may change. Users should not interpret any Sports Pick, advertisement, promotional statement, or Creator content as a promise of winnings, profit, or a particular result.
5. Responsible Wagering Principles
If you choose to participate in lawful sports wagering through a third-party operator, we encourage you to approach wagering as entertainment and to establish limits appropriate to your personal circumstances.
- Only wager money you can afford to lose.
- Do not use money needed for housing, food, healthcare, debt payments, taxes, education, or other essential expenses.
- Do not borrow money or use credit for the purpose of gambling.
- Do not increase wagers in an attempt to recover prior losses or “chase” losses.
- Set reasonable limits on the amount of money and time devoted to wagering and follow those limits.
- Take breaks from wagering-related activity and sports wagering content.
- Do not wager while impaired by alcohol, drugs, extreme emotional distress, or other circumstances that materially impair judgment.
- Use responsible-gaming controls made available by your sportsbook or applicable regulatory authorities when appropriate.
6. Spending on StreamRollers Content
Money spent purchasing a StreamRollers subscription, Sports Pick, premium stream, or other paid content is separate from money you may independently choose to wager with a third-party sportsbook. Purchasing StreamRollers content does not reduce the financial risk of wagering or make a wager more likely to succeed.
We encourage users to establish a reasonable entertainment budget for StreamRollers purchases and a separate, independent budget for any lawful wagering activity. StreamRollers does not represent that account-level spending limits or similar tools are available unless such functionality is specifically made available through the Platform.
Users should not purchase Sports Picks, subscriptions, or other Platform content with funds needed for essential expenses or based on an expectation that wagering proceeds will recover or offset the purchase price.
7. Healthy Platform Use
We encourage users to be mindful of the time they spend viewing streams, Sports Picks, betting commentary, and other wagering-related content. Taking regular breaks and stepping away from wagering-related activity can be appropriate components of responsible use.
StreamRollers does not represent that particular screen-time, spending, or behavioral-monitoring tools are available unless those tools are specifically identified on the Platform.
8. Wagering-Related Content
For purposes of this Policy, “Wagering-Related Content” includes sportsbook advertising, betting odds or lines, wagering commentary, Sports Picks, handicapping content, sportsbook promotions, gambling livestreams, and other content materially relating to sports wagering or gambling.
Wagering-Related Content is subject to the Website and Platform Terms of Use, this Policy, applicable Creator agreements and policies, and applicable law. StreamRollers may restrict, remove, or condition access to such content based on age, location, applicable law, regulatory requirements, responsible-gaming considerations, or StreamRollers' compliance and brand-safety policies.
Users may not use a VPN, proxy, location-spoofing technology, false account information, or other means to circumvent age, eligibility, geographic, responsible-gaming, or other restrictions imposed by StreamRollers or an applicable third-party operator.
9. Creator Standards for Wagering-Related Content
Creators who discuss, display, promote, market, or sell Wagering-Related Content must act responsibly and comply with applicable law, their Creator agreement, the Website and Platform Terms of Use, this Policy, and other StreamRollers content, advertising, and compliance requirements.
Creators may not:
- state or imply that a wager, Sports Pick, betting strategy, or gambling activity is guaranteed, risk-free, certain to win, or incapable of losing;
- make false, deceptive, unsubstantiated, or materially misleading claims concerning win-loss records, profitability, units, returns, odds, or historical performance;
- fabricate, manipulate, selectively present, or materially omit results in a manner that creates a misleading performance record;
- encourage users to chase losses, borrow money to gamble, wager beyond their means, or use funds needed for essential expenses;
- target minors or persons known to be ineligible for wagering with sportsbook promotions or other wagering-related solicitations;
- encourage or assist users in circumventing age, geographic, self-exclusion, account, or other responsible-gaming or regulatory controls;
- misrepresent StreamRollers as a sportsbook or imply that StreamRollers accepts, places, settles, or guarantees wagers;
- conceal or misrepresent a material connection, sponsorship, affiliate relationship, compensation arrangement, or other commercial relationship;
- fabricate, backdate, alter, delete, conceal, or improperly substitute Sports Picks, or otherwise manipulate Sports Pick records, timestamps, odds, lines, units, results, or performance information;
- encourage, facilitate, participate in, or promote event manipulation; knowingly misuse material nonpublic information in violation of applicable law, contractual obligations, league or governing-body rules, or applicable integrity requirements; improperly coordinate with persons capable of influencing an event; or sell or p ro mote sports picks concerning events the Creator can materially influence except as expressly permitted by StreamRollers, applicable law, and applicable governing rules;
- use urgency, financial pressure, or similar messaging to encourage ussers to wager in order to solve financial problems, recover losses, or meet essential expenses; or
- otherwise use Wagering-Related Content in a manner that StreamRollers reasonably determines creates unacceptable legal, regulatory, consumer-protection, responsible-gaming, or brand-safety risk.
10. Advertising, Sponsorships, and Sportsbook Affiliate Relationships
StreamRollers may display advertising, sponsored content, promotions, or affiliate links from third parties, including regulated sportsbooks, and may receive advertising fees, sponsorship payments, commissions, referral fees, revenue shares, or other consideration in connection with those relationships.
The existence of an advertising, sponsorship, or affiliate relationship does not guarantee that a third-party sportsbook, promotion, wager, or other service is appropriate for a particular user, does not eliminate the risks of gambling, and does not guarantee any result.
Sponsored, endorsed, and affiliate content must be disclosed as required by applicable law and StreamRollers policies. Eligibility for a sportsbook account, wager, bonus, or promotion is determined by the third-party operator and applicable law.
StreamRollers may use attribution information to determine whether traffic, registrations, purchases, subscriptions, or other conversions are associated with a particular advertisement, campaign, affiliate relationship, or Creator, as further described in the Privacy Notice and Cookie Policy.
11. Self-Exclusion and Responsible-Gaming Controls
If you have enrolled in a sportsbook, state, tribal, or other applicable self-exclusion program, you should comply with the terms and restrictions of that program and should not use StreamRollers content to circumvent self-exclusion.
Users and Creators may not use the Platform to evade or facilitate circumvention of a sportsbook's age restrictions, location restrictions, account restrictions, responsible-gaming controls, self-exclusion requirements, or other legal or regulatory safeguards.
StreamRollers may take action based on information reasonably available to it where necessary to enforce this Policy or comply with applicable law. StreamRollers does not represent that it has access to every sportsbook or governmental self-exclusion list or that it independently monitors every user's wagering activity.
StreamRollers may restrict access to particular wagering-related content, advertisements, promotions, affiliate links, Sports Picks, or other Platform features when StreamRollers has information reasonably indicating that such restriction is appropriate or required.
12. StreamRollers Enforcement
StreamRollers may investigate suspected violations of this Policy and, to the extent permitted by applicable law and our agreements, may remove or restrict content, restrict access to Wagering-Related Content, suspend streaming or monetization privileges, restrict Sports Pick sales, suspend or terminate accounts, or take other reasonable compliance action.
StreamRollers may also impose additional requirements on particular content, Creators, advertisements, promotions, jurisdictions, or Platform features where reasonably necessary for legal, regulatory, responsible-gaming, payment, consumer-protection, or brand-safety reasons.
13. Recognizing When Gambling May Be a Problem
Gambling may be becoming harmful if it causes financial difficulty, interferes with work or relationships, leads to concealment or dishonesty, results in repeated attempts to recover losses, or becomes difficult to control. If gambling is causing harm or concern, consider stopping wagering activity and seeking assistance from a qualified responsible-gambling resource.
StreamRollers does not provide medical, psychological, financial, or addiction-treatment services. Responsible-gambling resources are provided for informational purposes and do not replace professional advice or emergency services.
14. Getting Help
If you or someone you know is concerned about gambling behavior, problem-gambling resources may be available through national and state responsible-gambling organizations, gaming regulators, and licensed sportsbook operators. StreamRollers may provide links or contact information for such resources on the Platform.
If there is an immediate threat to someone's safety or a medical emergency, contact appropriate emergency services.
15. Privacy
StreamRollers' collection and use of personal information in connection with the Platform, including information used for account administration, compliance, advertising, affiliate attribution, and location-related controls, is described in our Privacy Notice.
StreamRollers does not represent that it profiles users to diagnose problem gambling or independently monitors users' wagering behavior unless such a program is specifically implemented and appropriately disclosed.
StreamRollers’ collection or use of Platform analytics, including views, engagement, purchases, subscriptions, conversions, advertising attribution, Creator analytics, fraud-prevention information, or similar Platform data does not necessarily mean that StreamRollers monitors or evaluates an individual user’s gambling behavior or determines whether a user is experiencing gambling-related harm.
16. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the Platform, our responsible-gaming practices, applicable law, regulatory requirements, or other relevant circumstances. The revised Policy will identify the date of the most recent modification. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
