This Cookie and Tracking Technologies Policy (“Cookie Policy”) explains how StreamRollers, Inc. (“StreamRollers,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies in connection with our websites, mobile sites, applications, streaming services, interactive features, content, subscriptions, purchases, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
This Cookie Policy supplements our Privacy Notice and should be read together with that Notice. Our Privacy Notice explains more broadly how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and otherwise process personal information and describes privacy rights and choices that may be available to you.
Your use of the Platform is also subject to our Website and Platform Terms of Use.
1. What Are Cookies and Similar Technologies?
Cookies are small text files that websites or services store on or access from your browser or device. Cookies can enable websites to recognize a browser or device, maintain a session, remember preferences, support security, understand how a service is used, and perform other functions.
We may also use technologies that perform similar functions, including pixels, web beacons, tags, software development kits (“SDKs”), local storage, device identifiers, log files, embedded scripts, and similar technologies. In this Cookie Policy, we refer to cookies and these similar technologies collectively as “Cookies.”
Some Cookies are set directly by StreamRollers (“first-party Cookies”). Others may be set or operated by third-party service providers or partners whose technologies are used on the Platform (“third-party Cookies”).
2. Why We Use Cookies
StreamRollers may use Cookies to operate and secure the Platform, authenticate users, maintain sessions, remember preferences, provide paid or restricted content, process and support transactions, understand Platform usage, improve performance, prevent fraud and abuse, measure advertising and promotions, and attribute referrals or conversions to campaigns, Creators, or affiliate partners.
The Cookies actually used on the Platform may change as our services, vendors, technologies, and business operations change.
3. Categories of Cookies We May Use
3.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies
These Cookies are necessary to provide core Platform functionality and generally cannot be disabled through a cookie preference tool without affecting the operation of the Platform. They may be used for:
- account login, authentication, and session management;
- security, fraud prevention, and abuse detection;
- checkout, payment-session support, and transaction processing;
- maintaining access or entitlement to subscriptions, Sports Picks, premium streams, or other paid content;
- load balancing, network management, and essential technical functions;
- remembering privacy or cookie choices so that we can honor those choices; and
- determining or supporting age, eligibility, geographic, regulatory, fraud-prevention, or compliance restrictions applicable to Platform content, products, transactions or features.
3.2 Functional Cookies
Functional Cookies enable enhanced features and help remember choices you make. They may be used to remember language, display settings, interface preferences, content preferences, or other settings that improve your experience.
3.3 Analytics and Performance Cookies
Analytics and Performance Cookies help us understand how users interact with the Platform and how the Platform performs. They may collect information concerning pages or screens viewed, features used, links clicked, session duration, referring pages, errors, device and browser characteristics, and other usage information.
We may use this information to measure audiences, diagnose technical problems, evaluate Platform performance, understand engagement with livestreams, Replays, video-on-demand content, Creator Content, and other Platform content, improve products and services, and conduct research and analytics.
Information collected through these technologies is not necessarily anonymous. Depending on the technology and applicable law, identifiers such as IP addresses, cookie identifiers, or device information may constitute personal information.
3.4 Advertising and Targeting Cookies
If used on the Platform, Advertising and Targeting Cookies may help StreamRollers and our advertising, marketing, or social-media partners measure advertising effectiveness, understand interests, limit repetitive advertising, attribute advertising interactions, and provide or measure advertising that may be more relevant to users.
Some of these technologies may collect information about your activity over time and across different websites, applications, or services. Under certain U.S. state privacy laws, disclosures of personal information through these technologies may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or processing for “targeted advertising,” even though StreamRollers does not sell personal information for monetary consideration.
3.5 Affiliate, Creator, and Referral Technologies
StreamRollers may use Cookies, referral identifiers, pixels, links, or similar technologies to measure and attribute traffic, purchases, registrations, or other conversions to a particular advertising campaign, promotion, Creator, affiliate relationship, or third-party offer.
StreamRollers may also use information collected through these technologies to generate analytics concerning Creator Content, products, subscriptions, promotions, and Creator activities. Such analytics may include views, impressions, audience engagement, interactions, traffic sources, purchases, subscriptions, renewal, cancellations, conversions, and referral or attribution metrics. StreamRollers may make such analytics available to the applicable Creator as described in our Privacy Notice.
Conversion and attribution information may related to activity occurring on the StreamRollers Platform, such as a view, registration, Sports Pick purchase, or subscription, or, where applicable, to limited conversion or attribution information received from a third-party affiliate or advertising partner.
For example, if you interact with a sportsbook advertisement or affiliate link made available through the Platform, these technologies may help determine that a referral originated from StreamRollers or from a particular Creator or campaign. Affiliate attribution does not, by itself, mean that StreamRollers receives your sportsbook login credentials, account balance, or itemized wagering history. Any additional information received from an affiliate partner will be handled as described in our Privacy Notice.
4. Third-Party Technologies
Some Cookies or similar technologies used on the Platform may be provided by third parties, such as analytics providers, advertising and marketing partners, social-media services, content or streaming providers, payment-related service providers, fraud-prevention providers, and affiliate or referral partners.
Where StreamRollers chooses to deploy a third-party technology on the Platform, we use it for the purposes described in this Cookie Policy and our Privacy Notice, subject to applicable law and our arrangements with the provider. Third parties may also process information for their own purposes under their own privacy notices, depending on the service and relationship.
If you leave the Platform to visit a third-party website or service, including a third-party sportsbook, that third party's independent use of cookies and other technologies is governed by its own policies, not this Cookie Policy.
5. Your Cookie and Privacy Choices
Depending on your location and the technologies used on the Platform, you may have choices concerning non-essential Cookies.
5.1 Cookie or Privacy Preference Controls
Where required by applicable law or otherwise made available by StreamRollers, you may use the Platform's cookie or privacy preference controls to accept, reject, or modify certain categories of non-essential Cookies. Strictly Necessary Cookies may remain active because they are required to provide requested functionality, maintain security, remember privacy choices, or otherwise operate the Platform.
If you later change your preferences, the change will apply prospectively to the extent technically feasible and required by law.
5.2 Browser and Device Controls
Most browsers allow you to block, delete, or manage cookies through browser settings. Mobile devices and applications may provide additional controls for identifiers, tracking, advertising, or permissions. Blocking or deleting Cookies may cause some Platform features to function incorrectly or become unavailable.
5.3 Opt-Out Preference Signals
Where required by applicable law, StreamRollers will process legally recognized browser-based opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control (“GPC”), as a request to opt out of applicable sale, sharing, or targeted-advertising processing for the browser or device from which the signal is received.
Because these signals generally operate at the browser or device level, you may need to enable the signal separately on each browser or device you use.
5.4 State Privacy Rights
Depending on your state of residence and the applicability of state privacy law to StreamRollers, you may have additional rights to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. Please review the U.S. State Privacy Rights section of our Privacy Notice for additional information about available rights and how to exercise them.
6. Consent Where Required
Where applicable law requires consent before non-essential Cookies or similar technologies are used, StreamRollers will seek the required consent through an appropriate mechanism. Where applicable, you may withdraw or modify that consent through the cookie or privacy preference controls made available on the Platform.
Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing that occurred before withdrawal and may not affect Strictly Necessary Cookies or other processing permitted without consent under applicable law.
7. Cookie Duration
Cookies may be either session Cookies, which generally expire when you close your browser, or persistent Cookies, which remain for a defined period or until deleted. The duration of a particular Cookie depends on its purpose, the technology used, the provider, and our operational requirements.
Where StreamRollers provides a cookie preference center or cookie list, that interface may identify additional information about specific Cookies or providers then in use. We do not intend this Cookie Policy to represent that a particular vendor, Cookie name, or duration is in use unless it is actually deployed on the Platform.
8. Changes to This Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the Platform, technologies, vendors, business practices, or applicable law. We will update the “Last Modified” date when we revise this Policy.
Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before materially changing how we use non-essential Cookies or similar technologies.
9. Contact Us
